This is the session
all our members have been requesting! ;-))

We had a blast with this one last year and I've been hearing from members ever since about how this lifted their vibrations and stayed with them for weeks afterwards!
Laughter as a mental and spiritual exercise is becoming a mainstream past time in some Asian countries and is gaining popularity on the West Coast. We'll be doing many warm-ups that lead us into silliness and from there spontaneity takes over! Just being in the room with us is enough to make you feel better....... mind, body and spirit! Researchers have proven that this is a very effective healing exercise.

If you have not had a chance to attend any session with us yet, this is the one to join in!

    •  What a great event! Sheila is a fantastic organizer and group leader. This was my first chant and she made me (and everyone else) feel welcome. We chanted, swayed, breathed, and laughed to the high heavens. Everyone came away refreshed and ready for another week in Washington, D.C.
    •  It was supposed to be a a Laughing chant, but I was surprised by how much sadness came up for me. I couldn't even try to fake a laugh the way that Sheila suggested.
    •  Very interesting. I had a real neat thing happen when you played the bowl. I will have to tell you about it.
    • Sheila (+2 guests)
very funny! ....some spontaneous dancing and toning too!
