Come and renew your mind, body and spirit as we move through Spring. We will focus on deep breathing and sounding exercises to release the stagnant energy and open ourselves to the freshness of the season. If you have drums, rattles or the like please bring them along to celebrate Spring with Native American, African and Kabbalistic chants of Renewal. Or just bring yourself to share in the energy!
